All reservations paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival are fully confirmed. For LAST MINUTE bookings please email us. Please notice that in this case additional charges may apply.
Payments and cancellations policy

We recommend you book a round trip service in order to get the best deal. The rates stay the same if you are arriving at one hotel but then leave from another hotel, given both hotels are in the Puerto Aventuras area. Approximate lenght of trip: 70 minutes.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE: Driving time from Puerto Aventuras to Cancun airport is app. 75min. Recommended pick up time for departure is assigned by us 3.5 hours prior to airplane take-off time. (Example: Plane leaves Cancun Airport at 7.25AM, the pick up time in Puerto Aventuras hotel would be 4.00AM).
