At the moment we accept payments through Paypal, a safe and secure way to pay online.
Paypal DOES NOT DISCLOSE your card information to the merchant.
You DO NOT NEED an active Paypal account, but can use Paypal to pay with a debit/credit card.
Refunds are accepted if the terms of the cancellation policy are met. Refunds are made through Paypal within 30 days of your refund request. You will be notified by email of the status of your request.
1. FULL REFUND- The booking is cancelled at least 48 HOURS prior to the arrival date and a refund is requested immediately after the cancellation.
2. 100% penalty fee will apply for NO SHOWS.
3. In case of a round trip, if only one segment of the trip is cancelled, the client is entitled to a 25% refund. Such refund can be requested up to 15 days from the moment of the partial cancellation.
4. All refunds are processed in a 30 days interval.
